vmware tree in Spectrum disappear when stopping the wasp probe in DX UIM

Issue/Introduction

We are often losing our vmware tree in spectrum uim manager.  We can reproduce the issue by stopping and starting the OC Wasp. 

Additionally, many times it takes a long time for vmware synchronization to be finished (>2,5 hours) and at the same time in spectrum tomcat log we see empty VCenter for Entity ID0 where we expect the vcenter name.

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4.* with spectrumgtw probe 20.40 and vwware probe 7.22
• DX Netops Spectrum 23.3.6
  
  

Cause

nisapi_wasp performance

Resolution

The attached build of nisapi_wasp contains enhanced queries that increase the performance response and these improvements should fix the described issues. 

 

Steps to deploy the fix: 

1. Import the build to the IM or Admin Console 

2. Deploy to the OC Wasp robot

3. OC will restart
