Issue/Introduction

we just changed the UIM SVC account password and now LDAP users cannot login IM, OC, AC. I believe this has to do with hub.cfg, the hashed passphrase need to update, please advise.

Environment

UIM 20.4

Resolution

Follow the below step:-

==Open the hub probe-> Select the General Tab->Click on the Settings button==>Select LDAP Authentication and add the password. It will update the hub.cfg file.
