A device was deleted from the Operator Console inventory with the Delete measurements option enabled and now Metrics View does not display data even though metrics are being collected.
Validated that data is being collected via OC -> Service Level Management -> Active Qos Objects

This behaviour is expected because data_engine probe maintains the s_qos_table in cache and new qos entries are not created when the qos,source,target and origin are the same. To resolve the missing data in Metrics View, reload the data_enine cache with steps below
1. Launch IM and select the Primary hub
2. Select the data_engine, right click and Deactivate
3. After the port and pid clear, right click and Active
4.To validate the data_engine queue flow, open the hub probe config, select Status and check the queue.
Note: The queue may take several minutes for messages to flow
