Vault keystore error and IAM not starting after upgrading IBM JRE to 1.8.0_411 (825)

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the IBM JRE on AIX to 1.8.0_411 (825), the following error is shown in server.log:

ERROR [org.jboss.as.controller.management-operation] (Controller Boot Thread) WFLYCTL0013: Operation ("add") failed - address: ([("core-service" => "vault")]): org.jboss.as.server.services.security.VaultReaderException: WFLYSRV0076: Error initializing vault --  org.jboss.security.vault.SecurityVaultException: java.lang.RuntimeException: PBOX00140: Unable to get keystore (/###/10.7.2/IdentityAccessManager/vault/vault.keystore)"

IAM fails to start.
There is no problem with JRE 1.8.0_401 (820)

Environment

Service Virtualization 10.7.2 on AIX with JRE 1.8.0_411 (825)

Resolution

The VAULT concept is no longer being used for IAM from 10.7.2 SP4 onwards.
Upgrade to DevTest 10.7.2 SP4 - SP6 or 10.8
