Issue/Introduction
When Log Forwarding is configured with Syslog, and Transport is set to TCP, the logs are not being forwarded, and the Events Dropped is reporting continuous increase in count.

Cause
Potential Network TCP handshakes issue.
Potential Network filter buffering issue.
Resolution
Modify Transport setting on Log Forwarding to UDP.
