Issue/Introduction

Condition labels (Data Identifiers, etc.) are missing on some incidents when viewed in the "All Channels" incident list list but are present when viewed in the "Endpoint" incident list.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  • Navigate to any incident report based on the "All Channels" or navigate to the incident list manually to the "All Channels" option.
  • Most incidents will have the condition matches (Data identifier, etc.) listed in the "Policy Matches" section of the left pane.
  • But within 10-15 times of clicking 'next', the "Policy Matches" section will be missing the condition matches.
  • Hovering the cursor over the highlighted data in the "Matches" pane does show the matched condition.

Perform the same actions starting from the "Endpoint" channel and the match conditions do not disappear.

Resolution

This is resolved by the Enforce UI updates in 16.0 RU2.
