unable to select some groups in List Designer after upgrade to CU2

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to DX UIM 23.4.2 I am trying to create a new List View, but when I select a group for the Primary Column, it doesn't work. 

It seems to be selecting the top level Container that the group is in.

For example, I am trying to create a List based on the group "TestSubGroup" but every time I click on it, it reverts to choosing "TestContainer" instead:

Resolution

This is a defect which will be resolved in DX UIM 23.4.3 (CU3) due around the end of 2024.

As a workaround, create an identical group at the Root level (outside any container) and base the list on that group.
