Cannot edit and save placement policy in VMware Cloud Director while using multisite

Issue/Introduction

• You can create a placement policy in VMware Cloud Director with multisite configuration.  
• Now if you try editing the newly created placement policy again you won't be able to save the changes after editing the policies. Everytime you click on save you will be getting an error in the console tab while using developer tool saying:
  
  ERROR TypeError: this.multisiteResponse is undefined

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.4.2
VMware Cloud Director 10.5.x
VMware Cloud Director 10.6

Cause

It is a bug in currently running versions of VMware Cloud Director that is using multisite configuration. 

Resolution

• As a workaround a new placement policy can be created in VMware Cloud Director since the existing placement policy cannot be edited.
• The issue will be fixed in a future release of VMware Cloud Director.
