MUX - Conditional formatting not working in Roadmap Groups

Issue/Introduction

The Conditional Formatting functionality is not working in a Roadmap of Roadmaps. The conditional formatting icon is in the grid, conditions can be created but the grid is not formatted according to the conditions.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login as Admin to Modern UX.
2. Navigate to Roadmaps.
3. Click on New Roadmap and create Roadmap Groups
4. Click on Select Roadmaps and Add some Roadmaps
5. Go to Grid and click on Conditional Formatting
6. Create some condition and notice it is not taking affect.

Expected Results: Conditional Formatting should take affect under Roadmap Group.

Actual Results: Conditional Formatting is not taking affect under Roadmap Group.
