Aria Automation Config job return UI stuck loading

Issue/Introduction

When a job is run against a dynamic target the results cannot be viewed by non-admin users

The job return UI shows only a spinning wheel and no return information

Environment

Aria Automation Config 8.x

Cause

This can be caused by rebuilding minion machines with the same minion id but without clearing out the keys used by the previous minion of the same name

Resolution

1. Identify any minions that have been recently rebuilt (or other minions that may be reusing a previously assigned minion id)
2. Delete the minion keys for the identified machines
3. Accept the new keys presented by the minions
