Issue/Introduction

For one reason or another you are unable to collect logs normally from the Enforce UI

Resolution

You can collect the logs manually just by copying the entire log directory from the enforce server.

Windows

C:\ProgramData\Symantec\DataLossPrevention\EnforceServer\<verson>\logs

RHEL

/var/log/Symantec/DataLossPrevention/EnforceServer/<version>
