Maileater not connecting using GRAPH authentication type

Issue/Introduction

The following error occurs in maileater_nxd.log:

Error retrieving email from:<URL>:443

com.microsoft.graph.core.ClientException: Error executing the request

java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.4

Microsoft Office 365 connection using GRAPH Email type

Cause

proxy not allowing communication to Exchange Online servers

Resolution

Allow communication from SDM server(s) to Exchange Online servers. The "Exchange Online" table in the following link shows all the Addresses and ports that need to be allowed:
