"Transfer Error" when uploading images to the branding section

Issue/Introduction

When customizing the theme and trying to upload an image file, getting a "Transfer Error"

Resolution

Check the settings under Administration, Settings, Public Addresses and ensure the Base URL and certificate chain is uploaded and correct
