Mouse over pop up on attribute name shows up only for boolean data type

Issue/Introduction
Modern UX, for the attributes configured in the Blueprints, for Boolean data type if the attribute label is large, hovering over them shows the entire label text in a pop-up window however for any other data type even if the attribute label is large pop-up window
Steps to Reproduce:
Login to clarity as administrator
Navigate to Administration --> Studio --> Objects
Create two attribute on any object ( In this case we are using Project Object), one is of Boolean datatype and another one String datatype
Ensure to have below Attribute name of the attribute and fill API Attribute ID
Copy a project project print and create another blueprint and edit and place the newly created attributes in the properties section
Associate the blueprint to one of the existing project
Navigate to Project --> Hover over the two attributes created with large labels
Expected Results: Pop up should be consistent across all data type.
Actual Results: Hover over the Boolean attribute and a pop up is seen, where as hovering over the string attribute pop up is not seen showing full label

Post review of DE153118. it was determined as limitation in the product

Workaround: Reduce the attribute names if possible or use help text for all attributes which has large names
