Unable to access Aria Operations from the vCenter interface

Issue/Introduction

Accessing Aria Operations from vCenter opens an infinite number of vROPS tabs that ultimately crashes the browser which is preventing login

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18

Resolution

1. As an VMware Aria Operations admin user,
   Navigate to Integration section, then click on vCenter adapter which you want to update.
2. Click on MANAGE REGISTRATION  at the bottom.
3. Using the vCenter credentials, UNREGISTER the vCenter plugin, then REGISTER again.
4. Validate the connection then SAVE it.
5. Using the vSphere client, connected to the vCenter, access Aria Operations
