"Add Principal Identity" button disabled in Global Manager

Issue/Introduction

 In Federation environment, customer was unable to add principal identity user as the button was greyed out:

VMware NSX

VMware NSX-T

Cause

In Standby Global Manager, this is expected and it will be showing the inactive button. Please switch to Active Global Manager and verify.

Resolution

In Active Global Manager, the "Add Principal Identity" button is active to add new principle identity users
