Custom Report is Missing from List of Available Reports when setting up Incident Deleter

Issue/Introduction

Not all shared DLP reports are showing up as options to make into purge reports.

Environment

DLP 16.0.1

Cause

Reports with Summarizations are not available for Incident Deleter jobs.

Resolution

Create a new DLP Report and do not add summarization.
