Moving fields on the Legal Document form

Issue/Introduction

We try to move a field on the form using the "drag and drop" method, and after saving, the next time the form is opened, the field is back in its original place.  How can fields be moved on the form?

Environment

IT Asset Manager 17.4 and up

Resolution

If you delete or hide the field, save, then add/unhide the field again in the new location, and save again, this will allow you to move the field.
