VCF 5.2: Running Bundle Transfer Utility fails with syntax error.

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to download bundles the Bundle Transfer Utility throws this error: 
./lcm-bundle-transfer-util: 165: Syntax error: "(" unexpected

Environment

VCF 5.2

Cause

The Bundle Transfer Utility is written for the bash shell.
Some Linux distributions do not use bash as their default shell. For instance, Debian derived distributions like Ubuntu use the dash shell by default. 

Resolution

Change the default shell to bash or explicitly run the utility with bash.
> bash ./lcm-bundle-transfer-util -v
