Cluster Image updates errors

Issue/Introduction

When trying to validate the cluster with new patches and vendor add-ons, we receive the error:
The {configuration path} in configuration is not compatible with the draft image. Remove the incompatible configuration before setting the new desired state."

Environment

vCenter 8.x

Resolution

Create a new cluster with option "Manage configuration at a cluster level" unchecked.

Move all the hosts to the new cluster

Validate new image.
