Issue/Introduction

Unusual events seen related to cc_ip_attached - This Event is triggered when a VIP is attached to a SE

We do not see any detach of IP happening prior to the attach IP events

Environment

Cause

There is a cloud and datastore state mismatch, due to which cloud-connector tries to add the VIP route back to the SEs.

This is the reason we see an unusual amount of IP attach events without any detach_IP event prior to it.

There will be no Datapath impact due to these events.

Resolution

The bug will be fixed in Avi release 31.1.1 and  30.2.2
