After upgrading from DX Platform version 23.2 to 24.1 HF 02 we are unable to evaluate attributes

Issue/Introduction

We have updated DX OI On Premise to version 24.1 with HF 02 and realized that the mapped attributes are not evaluated.

Environment

DX OI On-Premise 24.1

Resolution

In 24.1, APM_TAS_SERVICEDECORATION_ENABLED feature was mistakenly enabled by default.  Disabling it resolved the issue and there is no functional loss.
