Missing French localization for Copywrite footer

Issue/Introduction
After logging in and changing the language to French (Français), the footer still has the English copywrite message:
!!Copyright © 2023 Broadcom. All Rights Reserved. The term "Broadcom" refers to Broadcom Inc. and/or its subsidiaries.
Environment
IM 14.4.2
Cause
Missing French translation for the copywrite message in the resources_fr.properties file.
Resolution
In the resources_fr.properties file located in the deployed iam_im.ear file, for example,
../iam_im.ear/user_console.war/app/ui7/resources_fr.properties
find and replace the console.copywrite line with the following correctly translated French line:
console.copywrite=Copyright © 2024 Broadcom. Tous droits r\u00C3\u00A9serv\u00C3\u00A9s. Le terme "Broadcom" d\u00C3\u00A9signe Broadcom Inc. et/ou ses filiales.
Additional Information
The corrected, French translation is included in IM 14.5.1.
