DX Unified Infrastructure Management (Nimsoft / UIM)

Issue/Introduction

We have just completed our Windows OS patching and doing post-maintenance check on UIM app, but realized OC / AC page can't be reached. OC / AC are installed on UIM01 primary hub server.

Have restarted robot / wasp probe several times, and able to start successfully with port / pid

Environment

Any supported UIM version

component : wasp

Resolution

Some other process was holding port being used by wasp .After this was released the application was accessible 

Can check what application is using the port 

Can deactivate the wasp probe and see if the port is still in listening/active state to ensure no other application is using the wasp port 

Example 

netstat -anbo | findstr 80
netstat -anoq | findstr 80

netstat -anbo | findstr 443
netstat -anoq | findstr 443
