Cannot query alarms by alarmID/hostname in OC via URL

Issue/Introduction

http://<oc-hostname>/operatorconsole_portlet/uim-alarms?alarmId=jn02827560-34124

Query for alarms using a url such as:

http://<oc-hostname>/operatorconsole_portlet/uim-alarms?alarmId=JN01583560-34124

...does not work unless you set the NIMID letters to lowercase.

 

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4 GA and DX UIM 23.4 CU2
• Oracle 19c

Resolution

This issue was reproduced in the Lab with DX UIM 23.4 GA and CU2 with Oracle Database v19c as the backend.

The Alarm Id should show up in UPPER case.

This is NOT happening in MS SQL Server, its not considering CASE whether using upper or lower case for the NIMID.
