Unable to upgrade to current agent (24.5.1.5) from older agent (2022.8.0.44) in Container environment (kubernetes)

Issue/Introduction

Old agent (2022.8.0.44) works.  New agent (24.5.1.5) does not connect.  After the new agent deploy was unsuccessful, Old agent was redeployed, using the same orchestration files and was successful.  Configurations are otherwise identical.  Application is Tibco BW6 and this package was built with the ACC.

Changed from http to ws and removed the old tibco extension from package
