EEM Link at the right top corner of WCC pages is available for some users but not for other users.

Issue/Introduction

Access permission to display EEM Link on the WCC web page in the Launcher is driven by a WCC EEM Policy. If this is not granted, a user would not be able to see the EEM link.

Cause

Appropriate user/groups are missing the WCC0004 access policy: ApplicationAccess -> Security Configuration

Resolution

• Grant access to ApplicationAccess  -> Security Configuration for any user/group missing the EEM Link in the launcher UI
• Save the Policy 
• The policy change may not be immediately effective, wait for a few minutes
• Logout of WCC as the impacted user and login again to verify that the link is now available
