After a fresh OSIM Installation the DSM agents are not listed under Software Jobs

Issue/Introduction

After using OSIM to deploy a Windows system, there can be a delay of approximately 11 hours before the Agent(s) show under "Installed Packages" and "Software Jobs"

 

Environment

Client Automation 14.5 CU7

Resolution

After approximately 11 hours the entries will be visible in the DSM Explorer. If you send a Software Delivery job to the Agent then the entries are returned with the job status update.

Request test fix yT55V443 to speed up the automatic sending of the Job status records.
