Issue/Introduction

After installing the Symantec Protection Engine (SPE) 9.x Console for Windows you are unable to open the Console due to a login error stating "Invalid login credentials".

Environment

SPE 9.x

Resolution

Verify that the password entered is correct.  If the password is correct, contact Broadcom technical support for assistance.
