Admin Console unable to save changes to sdgtw probe with ppm error

Issue/Introduction

When trying to save changes to sdgtw probe it is failing with the following ppm error:

Save failed. 

Message: Remote Request Error: set_ctd_configuration request against remote probe /DOMAIN/HUB/ROBOT/sdgtw failed 
Resolution: Please verify that the targeted probe is operational. For additional details, check both the PPM and remote probe log file. 
Error Code: PPM-025

Version: 20.4, 23.4, 23.4 CU1

Cause

This is a timing related issue. 

Resolution

Resolved with ppm 23.4.2, and sdgtw 2.35.
