Accessibility : Unable to navigate Project Tiles with the keyboard

Issue/Introduction

On Project Tiles screen the users are not able to navigate with any keyboard keys (Tab or Arrow keys); the cursor is stuck within search field only

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Connect to Clarity - MUX - Project Tiles
2. Attempt to navigate around with Arrow or Tab

Expected Results: To be able to select specific projects and navigate on the Tiles

Actual Results: Keyboard keys only work on the Search field

Environment

Clarity 16.2.x+

Resolution

This is DE152861, reviewed and it's expected behavior with Clarity functionality.

• The Clarity Modern UX Project Tiles workspace will remain unsupported, from the accessibility perspective, as a viable alternative is available in the form of the Project List workspace and is build upon the common (configurable) grid toolset which is supported from the accessibility perspective
• The Project Tiles page is compliant in the visual context re., color contrast with the use of a mouse
• The Project Tiles page is not compliant for keyboard and screen reader users

Recommendation:

• With the Project Tiles page in mind, we suggest removing the "Project Management - Tiles Navigate" access right for impacted users, so they do not land on the Project Tiles page. 
• As noted above, we suggest the use of the Project list (or grid view) as an alternative.
