Issue/Introduction

When attempting to upload attachments in a specific environment, the following error is given:
The following file(s) were not uploaded, because a virus was detected


The APP and APP-SYSTEM logs show:

ERROR 2024-08-14 16:29:08,771 [http-nio-8080-exec-3118] ppm.rest (clarity:user:session:PPM_REST_API) com.ca.ppm.rest.exception.BadRequestException:
The following file(s) were not uploaded, because a virus was detected: test.txt. Other files are uploaded. Please try again

Please open a case with Support to have the infrastructure/scanning service reviewed.
