autobcp tool errors out with "autobcpORA.pl: Failed to create temp file dbtemp.sql for database validity"

Issue/Introduction

Attempt to sync the autosys databases using autobcpORA.pl gives error "autobcpORA.pl:  Failed to create temp file dbtemp.sql for database validity."

Workload Automation AutoSys

Cause

autobcp creates create temporary files in the folder $AUTOSYS/dbobj/ORA.  The OS user attempting to run the program needs to have write access to the folder: $AUTOSYS/dbobj/ORA

Resolution

• Add Write Permissions on the folder $AUTOSYS/dbobj/ORA to the user running the autobcp program
• Retry the autobcp program again
