PAM-CMN-2137: Error generating credentials for database backup

Issue/Introduction

Privileged Access Manager Admin noticed on one secondary node their SCP DB Backup scheduler job is not running successfully.

In their session logs, they see the following error:

PAM-CMN-2137: Error generating credentials for database backup

Environment

PAM 4.1.0

Cause

Inside the PAM UI >> Configuration >> Database >> Backup Scheduler

The field "Select Backup Target Account" was a number and the not the Target Account username as defined on the other PAM Appliances.

Resolution

Workaround:

Deleted the Backup Scheduler job and recreated it.  The field "Select Backup Target Account" populated the correct Target Account username.

After this future DB Backups were successful.
