Issue/Introduction

The URT fails at initial steps. The "details" file shows the following:

Environment

Upgrading to DLP 16.x from DLP 15.8

Cause

The database is on an unsupported version of Oracle. DLP 16.x requires Oracle 19c

Resolution

Upgrade the database to Oracle 19c prior to attempting upgrade of DLP

This may look like a permission issue if looking at the URT output file. it would show similar errors:
