Issue/Introduction

Trying to download the following PTFs via receive order:
LU09090, LU09092, LU09573, LU07716, LU08232, LU10648, LU10826, LU11620

Get the following message in the job output
GIM69145W    NO PTFS SATISFIED THE SELECTION CRITERIA FOR ORDER ORD00012. ORDER ORD00012 WILL BE MODIFIED AND RESENT TO
             THE SERVER TO OBTAIN HOLDDATA.   

Environment

z/os DB2

Cause

The reason for the message "No ptfs satisfied the selection critieria" 

is because all the ptfs being selected LU09090, LU09092, LU09573, LU07716, LU08232, LU10648, LU10826, LU11620 are all already received in the CSI. 
e.g 
LU11620   TYPE            = PTF    
          DESCRIPTION     = SUPPORT
          STATUS          = REC    

So there is nothing for receive order to do.
