Customizations at queue or user level not working.

Issue/Introduction

I chose to deselect the 'Show Summary' option under the 3-dot menu from the All Alarms queue.  I then clicked on the Save current queue option to save my changes.  Issue observed was if I leave that particular queue, go into another queue and then back to my saved queue that should not show the 'Show Summary' section, it did not honor my preference. 

How can I keep the Show Summary section hidden?

 

 

Resolution

In the All Alarm tab by default show summary was enabled. But if the user switches to the queue where the show summary was disabled, then this summary section will not appear.

User preferences are not applicable to All Alarms tab. If a user navigates to another queue and comes back to All Alarms tab the default preferences will be applied. Saving preferences are applicable only for queues.
