How can I create a metric group that matches with case-sensitive and insensitive?

Issue/Introduction

Eg: the agent name is "agent01", sometimes, the server team changes it to "AGENT01" and the metric group breaks.

is there any way to accommodate it?

Resolution

For now, we do not support it.

An enhancement request was already raised in order to have it in our monitoring portfolio, it will be evaluated and put in our backlog to be deployed soon.
