Issue/Introduction

Attempting to configure the Operations Management Pack for Aria Automation Orchestrator is failing with the following error:

Failed to connect to vRO server. Please validate hostname, port and credentials.

Environment

Aria Orchestrator 8.18.0 Stand Alone

Aria Operations 8.18.0

Aria Operations Management Pack for Aria Automation Orchestrator 3.1.1-15987743

Cause

Version 3.1.1 is not supported with Operations 8.18 according to the matrix here.

 

Resolution

Use MP version 3.3 found here.
