Issue/Introduction

Tomcat appears to still be running with PID 458972. Start aborted. If the following process is not a Tomcat process, remove the PID file and try again

Resolution

1. go the dir /../cai/ca7restapi/7Restservices.12.1.06/apache-tomcat-9.0.86/bin

2. Look for pid.txt

3. Remove the file

4. Restart Tomcat for restapi
