EMS Probe logfile grows unlimited and causes malfunction

Issue/Introduction

Ems probe at level High logging , and the logsize is set at 200, but it doesn't adhere to this size. 

Environment

UIM23.4 or ANY

Probe Ems 

Cause

Configuration of the log size made in the EMS.cfg or the raw config,  does not change the log size information

Resolution

Logsize should be set in the log4j.xml file to make this adjustment not the ems.cfg
