Updating task start date is not updating the successor tasks

Issue/Introduction

Updating the Start date on tentative schedule does not shift successor tasks

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Log in to MUX
2. Create a new project
3. Add 3 tasks with Start/Finish dates

• 8/1 - 8/8
• 8/9 - 8/15
• 8/16 - 8/22

1. Go To Tasks Timeline view and make task 2 successor to task 1 and task 3 successor to task 2
2. Click Actions drop down>>Create tentative schedule
3. Update the start date for task 1 for one day. (i.e. 8/1/24>>8/2/24)

Expected Results - The successor tasks will update their start date

Actual Results - The Finish date for task 1 is updated but the successor tasks 2 & 3 dates are not updated.
