The generated report of the Utility Report does not contain all the forecasts

Issue/Introduction

The report generated by the Utility Report for the Forecast contains less rows compare to the exported file from the Forecast via the AWI.

Resolution

It is normal that the CSV report generated from the Utility for the Forecast contains less rows compare to the exported csv from AWI. It is because the  "Estimated start time" for same object name are put in the same column.
