Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to Modern UX and navigate to Tasks grid
  2. Select an instance and open flyout
  3. Select 'Links' tab and click on 'New link'
  4. Hover mouse on Link(URL Address) field.

Expected Result:

  • No tool-tip should be shown by default.

Actual Result:

  • Junk Character(Black heart emoji) is shown as a tool-tip on mouse hover.
