Creating a General notification on Plan object throws an error

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Administration -> Notifications
2. Try to create a notification definition with 'Plan' as a target object.

Expected Result:

• Notification definition is created

Actual Result:

• Following error is thrown:
  "CMN-0009: Attribute 'Type' has invalid Lookup Value 'BRM_SEND_NOTIFICATION'"
