Creation of an Action Item throws an error

Issue/Introduction

The system does not allow creation of an Action Item when the Description field has more than 720 characters. The error thrown is of the following form:

'Creating instance of: actionitemdef'

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to MUX -> Administration -> Action Item
2. Click on NEW ACTION ITEM button
3. Enter all the required details and enter more than 720 characters for the Description field
4. Click on NEXT and goes to the last page after entering all the required details
5. Click on SAVE button and observe the behaviour.

Expected Result: Action Item gets created

Actual Result: The error mentioned above is thrown.
