Issue/Introduction
After deploying a new Database Server a Service Catalog server needs to be updated.
When running the 17.4 Installer, there is a failure and the Service Catalog upgrade fails during the integration of SDM and ITPAM.
Environment
Service Catalog 17.4
Cause
config.properties still contains a reference to the old database server
Resolution
There are two files to check
Service Catalog\config.properties
Service Catalog\view\conf\config.properties
Ensure both of these files reference the correct database server
