Issue/Introduction

Hostd.log is filled with an excessive amount of errors related to "Missing KeyLocator for FQID"

Environment

ESXi 7.0 U3l

Cause

Sometimes information key data is stored in the ESXi key cache but does not use the key locator format. This can cause an error when we parse keys from the key cache and we expect the key locator format. We currently ignore the error but still log it as an error even though this is not an actual error with the information, it's just stored differently.

Resolution

This will be fixed if a future release
