Tomcat upgrade issue in ConnectALL 3.3.x version.

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Install ConnectALL 2.10.35.4 on Windows or Linux platform with mysql DB.
2. Check the Tomcat version. It will be 8.5.73.0
3. Upgrade ConnectALL to 2.11.2.5 version and unselect Tomcat option.
4. Complete the upgrade and verify the Tomcat stays on same 8.5.73.0 version.
5. Now upgrade ConnectALL to 3.3.0.3 version and you will be forced to upgrade Tomcat. Complete the upgrade and verify the Tomcat version.

Expected Results: 
Tomcat should be upgraded to 9.0.84

Actual Results:

1. ../UI/tomcat/RELEASE-NOTES files shows you 9.0.84 version.
2. ../UI/tomcat/bin/version.sh or version.bat shows you 8.5.73.0
3. ../UI/tomcat/logs/catalina.out shows you 8.5.73.0 version.
4. Browser shows you 8.5.73.0 version.
