Issue/Introduction

You have updated the SQL SSL certificate but are still receiving a notice of expiration

Environment

SEPM 14.3 RUx

Resolution

Running the Management Server Configuration Wizard (MSCW) and rebooting the SEPM server machine will workaround the issue. The MSCW is in the Start Menu on the SEP Manager.

Please try the following

1. Run the Management Server Configuration Wizard (MSCW) on Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager
Note: Choose the first reconfigure option that just goes back over the settings and uncheck the "Use a recovery file" option at the bottom

2. Reboot the SEPM server machine.

3. Wait 24 hours to ensure no additional notices are occurring

If the issue persists, please update the loglevel in conf.properties file on the SEPM to FINEST.
REF: Enabling Tomcat Server Debugging

Setting:
scm.log.loglevel=FINEST

Please create a new technical support case and collect the Symdiag from SEPM for further troubleshooting.
